Position : Webmaster / Graphic-Designer
We require a Webmaster with an expertise in graphic design, animation, layout and basic familiarity with Windows NT and HTTP servers.

Required skills :

¤Large scale web design and publishing using the latest version of HTML.
¤Be an expert in at least one of the leading graphic packages such as Corel Draw, Photo Shop, etc.
¤Be an expert in at least one animation/3D package such as Macromedia Shockwave.
¤Excellent written and spoken English.


The following skills are assets :

¤Technical writing.
¤Technical support/phone support.
¤Windows NT.
¤VBScript.
¤Object oriented programming.

Please include the URL of a minimum of two www sites you previously developed. You could also attach the URL of a site which displays graphics that you designed.

Position : Support Personnel / Customer Service

Required skills :

¤Create/document/implement an efficient work process for serving customers.
¤Take Email or phone orders and fulfill them.
¤Answer Email support questions.
¤Setup custom jobs such as order forms, Java chat.
¤Update FAQ
¤Answer phone support questions.
¤Assistance with research and development efforts to add or enhance customer offerings.


Skills required:

¤Excellent written and spoken English.
¤A second or third language a plus.
¤Familiar with the Internet, WWW, FTP, POP3 and HTML, Windows NT, FrontPage, InterDev, Windows NT.
